The screenshots on the left are from the old Elite release and the shots on the right are from the brand new Millennium Edition. While some of the older shots may appear brighter, I'd say that the Millennium Edition offers a more realistic color tone and a bit more clarity onscreen. Take special note of the sky outside the house at night (more purple, less blue) and the indoor lighting. As I said before not a drastic difference in my opinion... you be the judge.
